Ik had een geweldig verblijf in dit hotel. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en deed er alles aan om mijn verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De kamers waren netjes, met airconditioning en een fijne douche. Gelukkig waren de faciliteiten zoals het zwembad, de sauna en het Turkse stoombad erg ontspannend. Gelukkig de locatie van het hotel was perfect. Het lag op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het metrostation, wat erg handig was om de stad te verkennen. Gelukkig was het natuurlijk gelegen in een rustige buurt en waren er genoeg restaurants en winkels in de buurt.

Rooms clean and neat. Air-conditioning works well. Good breakfast buffet selection. Friendly and adaptive staff.

The breakfast was decent and the swimming pool was refreshing. the location was convenient, close to the city center and in a safe area.

The service was terrible. They lost our reservation and did not seem to care that we were stuck waiting for over an hour.

The hotel is in a great location, close to modern restaurants and bars with friendly staff. The breakfast and facilities are of good quality and offer a variety of options. The spacious rooms offer comfortable beds and a nice TV to watch.

The lack of basic amenities such as soap and towels in the bathroom was a disappointment, as was the failure of staff to refill complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Housekeeping could use some improvement as the carpet was not vacuumed and there were crumbs and dust.
